As you said you have tried all these, you can now try replacing the motherboard.

So you've done UEFI booting Windows installations in the past? If so, you should have no problem.

Your board is not the problem. I have been doing UEFI booting Windows installations since the ASRock Z77 boards were released, before your board existed.

Are you sure your memory, etc, is compatible with this board? Have you ever used it before?

You said you've used the Intel graphics, and that worked for a UEFI booting Windows 8  installation? But it doesn't work with the video card?

What are you using as the OS drive? You must only have the target OS drive connected to the board, and have the SATA mode set to AHCI or RAID.

I hope you mean you have a G3260 CPU. You need at least UEFI version 1.20 for your CPU.

You MUST use a USB 2.0 port on the board's IO panel. If the USB flash drive is larger than 16GB, that can cause problems.

Use the default Rufus settings if you must use Rufus. Here's a link to a guide that shows how to use Rufus for your purpose:

Personally, I just use the manual method of preparing a USB flash drive for a Windows installation, which is shown below the Rufus use section. It is really not difficult to create a USB bootable Windows installation media.

It sounds like your Windows 8 installation media is not right.

If your video card, etc, does not support UEFI, as you said, then you normally cannot select the "UEFI: ..." boot option in the boot order.

What you can do is, find the CSM option and set the Launch Storage OpROM Policy to UEFI Only in the UEFI before you start the Windows installation. That will give you some UEFI booting, but not 100%, since your video card does not have a GOP (UEFI) compatible VBIOS. You then can use the "UEFI: ..." entry of your USB installation media.

Set the Launch Storage OpROM Policy to UEFI Only, then Save and Exit the UEFI, go right back in, and then select the "UEFI: ..." entry for your USB installation media".

What is the source of your Windows 8 installation files? An ISO download?

If you do not maintain that CSM option to UEFI Only, you won't be UEFI booting at all, and your installation will MBR/legacy boot. You won't be able to use the Ultra Fast setting of Fast Boot unless you set CSM to Disabled and maintain it that way. But that will only work with a UEFI/GOP compatible video source, which your Intel integrated graphics should support.

I've installed Windows in UEFI booting mode in over ten different ASRock boards, some older and simpler than yours, and have never had a problem.
