Are you using the rear I/O panel usb,..not a hub or front panel!
>>then the Windows Logo appears and nothing else happened. Sometimes you may have to wait a bit for the installation menu to appear. |

Hello, I have a problem with my Asrok B85M Pro4 mainboard. I can't boot from a USB 2.0 Win 8-64BIT.
I use "Rufus" to make a bootable USB Device and use settings for UEFI BOOT. I have access to the UEFi (BIOS) and can change things. (UEFI works and is up to date 2.5) I tried different settings (MBR and MBR and GPT-RUFUS) for boot but it will not work. I use the integrated graphics from the CPU which allow me to use UEFI. WHen i use the graphic card i have to use CSM / VIdeo legacy BIOS.(AMD 6900 HD Series (Does not support UEFI) The problem is always when i make a bootable usb-Device (Win 8 64-Bit) and i choose it from the Bootmenue (UEFI USB .....) then the Windows Logo appears and nothing else happened. should i buy a new motherboard or what is that ?! Normaly when we stick a usb stick which is bootable it should work (and worked ) but not with this motherboard. My System: Intel Pentium F3260 Different SATA HDDs internal graphic unit (CPU) benq VGA TFT Kingston 8GB RAM B85M Pro 4 Motherboard Edited by powell1 - 01 Sep 2016 at 11:33pm |
