   I just purchased the K6 and 16gb 8gbx2 2400 of gskill Aegis and I was assuming it would be compatible but I looked on the asrock site and it is not on the list?!?! Am I in need of finding new ram?

	No, you're fine. The F4-2400C15D-16GIS kit you have is fine. See the below link for the list that G.Skill has certified compatible with this motherboard. http://www.gskill.com/en/configurator?manu=52&chip=2484&model=2517 Good to go there.
