regarding E3V5 WS
what happens with the E3V5 WS if the ecc ram detects a error in ram? does it halt the system? does it keep going as if nothing happens? does it report it somewhere. (a log in the bios)?? asking this as some motherboards can fix some errors but then they halt the whole system if the error is serious enough, asking how the E3V5 WS handles these situations? |

Greg, that is a good question. Unfortunately I don't have factual answer on that one.
I believe the machine would carry on as the EEC function would then kick in, correct, and the OS would properly log it for further investigation. Fill out the Tech Support form HERE to get a "real' answer. |
