CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600

Motherboard: ASRock B550M Pro4

Memory: TEAMGROUP T-Create Expert 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory
Storage: Patriot P300 1 TB M.2

Video Card: ASRock Challenger D OC Radeon RX 6700 XT 12 GB Video Card

Power Supply: Corsair CX650M 650 W

Hello,

I?™m working on building my new PC and have ran into a problem I have been unable to solve. I power it on and the GPU/CPU/Case fans all run but when it goes through the LED lights, I?™m left with the boot & VGA lights staying on, the DRAM & CPU do not illuminate.

I have:
1. Made sure the HDMI was plugged into the GPU
2. Re-seated the GPU
3. Removed the CMOS battery for a few minutes.
4. Removed everything from the case and tried to boot on the box.
5. Removed the RAM, tried 1 at a time in the B2 slot and then A1.
6. As a lost resort I removed and reinstalled all components and checked CPU seating.

The default BIOS is P3.20 but from my understanding it should be fine for the 5600.

I?™m all out of ideas and any help would be appreciated!
