CSM - Z390 Phantom Gaming 4

   Hi.
Yes, I know it's an old MB, but it's what I got.
With that out of the way.
MB: Z390 Phantom Gaming 4
CPU: Core I5-9600K
RAM: 32 Gb Corsair Vengeance 3600
NVMe boot
GPU: EVGA 1080TI

When I disable the CSM in "BIOS", the MB will not post.
Thus I am not able to install Win 11.
Sure I can run win 10, but.... 
The system powers up, but no post, no image on the monitor. 
What is the work around to be able to install Win11?
