Hi,

My PC only boots to BIOS first.

There I have to 4 options under the Boot Override menu:
1) windows Boot Manager (WD_BLACK SN850SX 1000GB)
2) disabled in BBS order
3) Windows Boot Manager (SATA_5: Samsung SSD 860 PRO 256GB)
4) WB_BLACK SN850X 1000GB

I have to select option 1 and than Windows start up as I would to to have directly.

It's very annoying that I have to select option 1 always manually. I tried many things but I don't know what to do. Please help

I have this motherboard ASRock B360 PRO4 LGA1151/Intel B360/DDR4/Quad CrossFireX/SATA3&USB3.1/M.2/GbE/ATX

and two harddisks WD_Black 1000GB and the Samsung SSD 860 PRO 256GB.
On both harddisks is windows installed with a boot manager I think. I would like to use only the WB_Black version of Windows to start up my PC but I would also like to keep the SATA_5 Samsung harddisk visible (there are other files that I would like to keep/use and I like it also that I have a spare Windows system for when I have a problem with my WD_Black 1000GB disk.

I would like to have my PC started without opening the bios and directly select boot override Windows Boot Manager WD_black SN850X 1000GB)
How can I fix this?

many many thanks,
Tom

Best - edit EFI boot entries in NVRAM. Can try run windows startup repair from windows startup media.
