Z790 M.2 disappeared after latest BIOS update

After updating to the latest bios 12.13, my m.2 (slot 3, 4, 5) disappear, while only slot 1 - 2 can be detected.

Why?? Help please

Corrections: It should be M2_1 M2_2 M2_3 and M2_4 not detected
M2_5 can be detected

Why???
