Hey all,
I am trying to build a home server around a Ryzen 5 Pro 4650G an a AsRock B550M Pro4 motherboard. I am currently running it with Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS to do some testing, specifically relating to the powerdraw of the system. My issue is the following: I have noticed that running powertop does not give me any C State information in the `Idle stats` tab. (I can try to upload a screenshot if that is relevant) I have not seen this behavior on my other Ryzen based system or any screenshot on the web. This is leading me to believe that C-States are not enabled. I have clicked through the BIOS (version B550M Pro4 P2.80) and can't seem to find a relevant setting. The manual does not appear to mention C-States at all. Does anyone have an idea on how I could further diagnose this or on which setting in the bios I might have overlooked? |
