Oh mein Gott ..

Es lag an einem Wackelkontakt am 4-PIN des Alpenföhns... 

ich bin zufällig dagegen gesto?en und gemerkt dass er sich kurz gedreht hat .. 

Ich schau mich jetzt nach einem neuen Kühler um!

Jetzt wei? ich wenigstens dass es nicht am Board/BIOS lag.

Ist im BIOS etwas "verstellt" ?
Lade mal im bios die default - Werte

Ja, in meinem alten PC läuft der ohne Probleme o.0

ich bin bei stundenlangem googlen bisher auch nur auf "Anlaufspannung" gekommen.. aber hierzu hab ich ja sowieo keinen spielraum..

heyhey,

erstmal danke für die schnelle Antwort.. Es ist ein z68m/usb3.

Ich hatte den Sella ja shcon dran und war auch im Windows .. bis die Temps.. bis auf über 80°C gingen und ich dann vorsichtshalber runtergefahren hab. 

..zu keiner Zeit hat der Lüfter sich gedreht. Mit dem boxed geht alles wie gehabt.

Hallo,

hast du dir mal die Temperaturen (CoreTemp) angeschaut und evt. mal Last mit zB Prime95 gemacht. Nicht dass dein System so kühl bleibt, so dass der PWM Lüfter nicht anläuft.

Um welches Board handelt es sich denn ?

hast Du mal die CPU Temps kontrolliert (mit Coretemp)?
Vielleicht sind die Temps so niedrig, da? der Lüfter nicht laufen mu?.
