According to Corsairs Memory Finder the highest speed they certify for the H170M-Pro4s is 2133.
http://www.corsair.com/en-us/memory-finder I'd contact Corsair and inquire if the sticks/Kit you have are compatible. https://corsair.secure.force.com/home/home.jsp Edited by wardog - 02 Nov 2016 at 10:22pm |

At this point I would install a single module of RAM and use instant flash to update your BIOS to the latest version, it sounds like it could be memory incompatibility with your current version. Make sure you use the instant flash method, it is the safest and most reliable.

Yes, I try to test each RAM separately. In different slots each module work fine but if i install them both in any configuration then there is a problem. What about that test? Only "stress cache" is causing the problem but not the memory test. How can it be? I use the last BIOS and chieftec 700 watts power supply. Can it be a problem within the processor?

Try testing each RAM module separately. If both pass then test them in another slot, repeat till both have been tested in all the slots on your board. This will probably take some time, sadly there is no quicker way to test. Post back your results.

I have Asrock H170M-Pro4s, Intel G3900 BOX, Corsair CMK8GX4M2A2400C16 DDR4 (2x4 gb). In AIDA64 "stress cache" test fails, other tests - pass. If I install only one memory in any slots - no problem, two memory in different configuration (single or dual channel mode) cause problem in AIDA's "stress cache". OCCT pass all tests. But some applications fall (Edge, Firefox and others). Other memory tests including Windows 10 pre-boot pass with no errors. I use memory in different configuration and timings but no effect. Voltage in this motherboard not changed. CPU temp is below 45 degrees. What else can i do? Problem in memory modules or motherboard?
