Asus extreme4 z77 PCI problem

   Hi,
I got my own PC build with the Extreme4 z77 and a AMD Radeon R7970 graphic card. 1 and a half year ago the motherboard couldn't find the graphic card but i could resolve the problem by just take it out, unplug all cables attachet to the card and put it all together again and it worked! that happend like 3 more times but now that doesn't work anymore.. 
when i start the PC the card starts with full fan and is running but the desktop is not reacting. when i unplug the graphiccard and put it back in and start the PC the desktop reacts for a brief moment but no picture. I tried the graphiccard in other PC and it works and i tried other graphiccards in my PC which doesn't work.. The intelgraphic works so the PC is running and there are no other problems. Oh and I tried both PCI-ports and it's the same problem!
Is anoyone out there with the same problem who solved it or does anyone have surggestions? I don't want to start deleting everything and reinstalling in case someone has a easy solution.

	Topic reads "Asus extreme4 z77 PCI problem"" Would you like me to change Asus to ASRock? Did you adjust the BIOS to look for and use the correct MB slot the graphics card resides in?
