Taichi Water Pump Fan Connector

   Hallo,
can I use the Taichi Water Pump Fan Connector(CPU_OPT/W_PUMP) with a normal 4 pin fan?
Will using such a configuration switch off th CPU Fan Connector (CPU_FAN1)?
Will both  fans show the same  behaviour, that is be regulated in the same way?
