You also changed your RAM/memory at the same time, different RAM in different slots. When you change more than one thing at a time, it is more difficult to know what is causing any problems. The POST code of 19 is also a memory problem code. You might have a problem with memory compatibility. I think you took out all of your memory and tried to start the PC? Of course that will not work, but if you get the same POST code of 19 with or without memory, that means you probably have a problem with the new memory. What is the exact name and model number of your new memory? Are you using your old memory with the new memory at the same time? Did you clear the BIOS/CMOS since you added the new memory? You said you moved the GPU to a different PCIe slot. Which PCIe slot are you using now? What CPU are you using? I want to know that so we know how many PCIe lanes you have for GPUs. |

Damn, well that makes things tricky to figure out.
I know it is a lot of effort each time but now you need to reinstall the new PSU, make sure you attach the correct 8 pin power connector to the motherboard not a PCIe 8 pin connector. Once you have the new PSU installed you should have the system all set up as it was originally with just the new power supply being different. If you have not already, remove, check and reinstall your CPU. Check for dust in the slots, both RAM and PCIe and check the board thoroughly for any visible damage. Then clear CMOS using this method: http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=630&title=how-to-clear-cmos-via-battery-removal (copy paste link) Let's hope this works.

You're welcome
![]() For a start we need to determine what caused the problem, the 2 new components or something actually broke. The easiest way to do this is to put the system back to it's original state (when it last posted). So, reinstall the old GPU and power supply and make sure everything is connected as it was. If you still get the 19 code then we need to determine what else could have caused it.

Yes the psu so i changed the GPU same i changed also RAM on diffrent slots and diffrent RAMs (4x8 Gb)
oh and also take out every RAM And let it go like this (Same Code) also Changed the PCI Slot (Just with the new GPU) ps. old GPU is alright just the coolers are Broken. in the moment i changed the PSU also take out everything and attached it again but if you want i do it again. I just hope the Mainboard isnt broken. btw. Thanks for the welcome. |

Welcome to the forums
![]() Let me see if I deciphered that correctly: You are getting error code 19 on your Debug LED display on the motherboard and this happened after your previous GPU broke and you replaced it? By power station I am assuming you meant Power Supply Unit (PSU)? Error code 19 is "Pre-memory South Bridge initialization is started" according to your user manual and that appears to be the standard meaning for this code across most motherboards. This means that the system is getting hung up at this stage of POST. Is your old GPU still working or is it completely dead? If it still works (even if not well) try installing it again and seeing if you still get the 19 error. Also remove and reinsert all your power cables to both the motherboard and the GPU and remove and reseat your RAM while you are at it. Then, once everything is properly connected again (with your new GPU installed) clear CMOS. Let us know how it goes.

WEll the New GPU arived so i changed it, i Wanna Start the PC but to my horror nothing happend (Well lights and Coollers Working But no Usb or GPU Signal leave). I changed the PowerStation (Sorry no clue wich is the right Word) and same issue. at the little screen in the mainboard i see the number 19 I hope anyone can discover a solving for my Problem. (Because if not i have to Buy an CPU,Ram and Mainboard) Sorry for my English, i hadnt practical use since a long time. Hopefully Denu |
