This setting is enabled by default in my BIOS (B650M-HDV/M.2). When I disable it, mouse movement feels different. I found a lot of conflicting information regarding XHCI hand-off on the Internet, but my understanding is that it's only necessary to make USB3 work on older systems (Windows 7).
Can someone with knowledge regarding the matter help me? Should I keep it enabled or disable for the best mouse input and the least amount of latency? |

The opposite.
The 'disabled' setting is a compatibility mode in case you use legacy os. |
