   First up, I would perform a full CMOS clear:

Given you were having power outage issues it's possible your RTC data is corrupted.
This should sort that out. After that, go through the usual steps if you still
don't get a POST, remove all components from the board, clean contacts etc and
reinstall.

	Thanks, I did a cmos clear and installed a new battery. Unplugged the gpu and all the drives. Should everything come off including cpu and ram?

	Absolutely, down to a bare board (as it came in the box). Then clean the RAM slots out and check for any damage/burning on the CPU contacts etc.

	Thanks Xaltar, I took everything off. I didn't see any bulged out caps or burn marks. I cleaned the ram slots and unclipped the cpu. Everything looks good. Applied new thermal paste, cooler and put the ram back in. No post, no post errors codes just endless cycling of the ps. I guess it's dead :(
