All that is needed is a BIOS update with Kaby Lake Microcode.
The board is 100% compatible with Kaby Lake. ASRock will update it's more expensive boards first. Then the lower end ones.

Greetings, this is ASRock TSD. H110M-ITX supports Kabylake CPU since BIOS P7.00 or later version. And the CPU Support List of H110M-ITX is already included Kabylake CPU, please refer to the below link for CPU support list on our official website.
