On Restart it boots to bios

   I have a ASRock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 which I've never updated the bios on.  When I restart my computer it boots into the bios screen.  I can continue to windows if I "discard changes and exit".
Why does it boot to bios?  I'd prefer if it booted normally.

	I would replace your CMOS battery. It could be dead and causing the system to load defaults. Does it only do this on restart or from cold boot too?
