Sorry Julio,  this memory is not on the QVL,  I know it's 8g and has good price for 2400MHz, but it's more for the Intel CPU family, and even Gskill does not list it for AMD boards.

The 2400 is no better than 1600, 1866, 2133, for everyday use, some time the lower timing of the 1866 will be faster for memory intensive software.

Here is the QVL memory list for your Motherboard.

If I were you, I would contact support and say not much memory or what listed to expensive, can you please see if I can use this memory.

This good memory for price and listed on Gskill for FM2+,  but you need to check with ASrock if they can test it so you don't have problem. Here is memory -  F3-2133C10D-8GAB  http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231653

Here is ASrock support page - see tech support - http://www.asrock.com/support/index.asp
