After installing windows onto my new desktop we were trying to get my 4TB hdd to be recognized. After remembering the USB 3.0 Drivers and the 3TB unlocker I installed both and than restarted only to find when it finally booted up none of my USB ports were functioning.

Welcome to the board  "YE of little info "  Tongue

You need to post the motherboard model, and if the drivers used were from the disk or the website and also post what BIOS / UEFI version you have.

Also, was windows installed in MBR or GPT ,  what ports on the board have each drive.

What drive has the OS and what one is storage,  if any.

Have you checked devise MGR to see if the USB ports flagged out, for missing driver or problem.

And who is WE,  we need names, ROLOL Just kidding.
