I just installed a new ASRock Q1900M motheboard.
When I power it on, the front panel light is on and the case fan runs, but there is no any output on monitor, like BIOS information. Any idea what might go wrong ? |

Which port are you using to monitor, have you tried DVI.
Make sure the monitor setting is the same one you use on board, monitor must be set to DVI if it's plugged into DVI. Was the memory off the QVL, and have you tried only one stick to test the board ?

The problem is likely memory incompatibility, if possible try some different RAM. The Q1900M only supports DDR3 1333 RAM (you can use higher but it will not run at it's rated speeds). If the RAM is rated at a voltage higher than 1.5v you can have compatibility problems on these boards as they only support 1.35 and 1.5v RAM. While some 1.65v modules will work they will work at 1.5v and could prove unstable in some cases.

Since I don't have DVI cable, I connected to monitor using VGA and HDMI.
This is the memory I used:

You can't use that memory, it's ECC. Also you should use two or four sticks as you'll run in dual channel.
But if you only want one stick that's ok, just letting you know. Please try to get memory off this list. I don't know if you can buy from here but this good memory and low price. Plus it only 23.00 US and 4g not 2g.

you are right. After I change with a non-ECC memory, the problem goes away.
Thanks.
