Your English is fine.

Above the PCIE1 slot, and again, directly above the silk screened ITX, is you BIOS chip with a sticker covering it.

What is printed on this sticker?

Well...

My CPU requires, at least, the P2.00 BIOS version:

Socket-----Family-----Number----------Core----------Frequency----Cache-----Power------Since BIOS
1150------Core i3-----i3-4170(C0)-----Haswell-R----3.7GHz-------3MB-------54W--------P2.00

Some motherboards can upgrade the BIOS putting the ROM file in the root of the pendrive, without CPU or RAM, only the power supply unit. :D

Can I flash it with a pendrive?

Or my only option to upgrade the BIOS version is buying a compatible CPU (like an Intel Celeron G1840 from $35) for flashing the BIOS?

Many thanks! Wink

You have 2 options:

1. Like you said, get your hands on a compatible CPU and update using that
2. Order a new BIOS ROM chip directly from ASRock: http://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp
