Hello, I recently purchased the ASRock Killer SLI and have been having issues changing the colour of the RGB lighting. The RGB light on the motherboard stays a static blue. I have tried to change the colour of the RGB in the AS RGB LED software and in the BIOS to no avail. The picture in the ASRock software is showing the ASRock Killer SLI/ac which is not the model I purchased, might this be an issue?

There are both Intel Z270 and AMD X370 Killer SLI boards, both regular and "ac" versions, so we don't know which board you have. But it does not make a difference concerning the version of the RGB LED software, which is version 1.0.12.

The large circle shown in the RGB LED software has smaller circles that you put the mouse pointer on, click and hold the mouse button down, and move the smaller circle to change the color. The three sliders should work too.

So nothing responds when you try to change the colers?
