Z270 GAMING K6 BOOT CRASH

   I'm getting a random boot crash where the asrock logo appears and then it glitches out showing just a line of pixels in red and yellow on the top of the screen before it goes blank and then after about 5mins the system restarts and boots fine. The Dr debug led read 40 but I've tested my memory in memtest and it's perfect. The issue is random and can appear at random.

Specs are:
7700k
Gskill trident Z 3200 16gb
GTX 1080ti FE
Samsung 950 pro 
2 x Samsung 850 evo
Corsair RM850X
Soundblaster Z

Please press Del during POST to get into BIOS, press F9 to load BIOS default, press F10 to save and exit BIOS. 2. Please check your power supply is connected well, and all power cable is connected properly. 4. Please only install CPU, one stick memory, and system hard disk drive to check if the system can work properly. 5. Please install one stick memory on A1, B1, A2, and B2 to check if the system can work properly. 6. Please change another memory to try step 4. 7. Please reapply your CPU thermal grease, reinstall your CPU and check if your CPU socket pin is fine. 8. Please change another power supply to check if the system can work fine. 9. Please try to reinstall your operating system to check. If you are using Windows7 now, please try to install Windows 10. 10.
