I have installed everything and computer performs great.
I understand that the M.2 slots share lanes with the SATA connectors. I'm only using the M.2_1 slot for the 960 Evo. There is nothing in the M.2_2 slot. The manual says the M.2 2 slot shares lanes with the SATA_4 and SATA_5 connectors. With nothing in the M.2_2 slot I'm not able to see any drives in my bios when I connect to SATA_4 and SATA_5 connectors. Does anyone here know how to resolve this? Thank you! |

Dear fliptwister, Thank you for contacting ASRock. We have built a system to verify, we install the M.2 SSD in M2_1 and SATA HDD SSD at SATA3_4, SATA3_5. BIOS can detect all three storage device. Please check your storage configuration setting in BIOS. Set "M2_2/SATA3_4_5 Switch" from "Auto" to "Force_SATA" to verify. Thank you! Yours truly, ASRock TSD
