Hello,

I have received my second Asrock Taichi x370 after of my problem with the first. 

When I have take out the motherboard, I see this screw loose:

Does it have any use? What is its position in motherboard? Can I use the motherboard without the screw?

Is that the screw you can move around to secure an M.2.drive?

I had the same problem - loose screw in anti-static bag.  I was glad to find it as I needed it for an SSD.  My MB is the X370 Fatal1ty Professional.  The manual says to remove the stickers securing the screws.  No one at ASRock is placing the stickers over the screws.  Enjoy, John.

My manual for the X370 Killer says the same thing, but it is talking about the stickers on the slots that accommodate different sized M.2 drives.

In this Taichi picture it shows the Ultra M.2s covered by yellow stickers, but not the normal M2 holes:
