Doubt SATA Controller Removible...X370 Taichi

Hello,
I have Asrock Taichi x370 (BIOS 1.60). 

SSD (Samsung 850 250Gb EVO) in SATA_1
HDD in SATA_2.

My doubt:
Serial ATA Controller is shown in Windows 10Pro as "Safely Remove Hardware" in the icon of task barr.

What can be the problem?

I ignore it?

the last 4 sata slots are plug in play u can ignore it

Are those ports using Microsoft's drivers, or AMD's ?

At this moment p2.20 but I downgrade it again to p1.60
