Z77 Extreme4 - GFX card

   Pardon the noob question:
I know this board is several years old. I'm looking to add one of the latest gtx cards to this board and I'm not really sure if they are compatible.

So the spec I'm not sure about is the interface PCI Express 3.0 or PCI Express 3.0x16
What's the difference and which is better ?

I do have an i5 3570 on this board.

	Your board is equipped with 2 x PCIe 3.0 x16 Slots and will support most any new GTX video card. Your biggest concern and the most limiting factor you may run into is if your power supply is sufficient.
