Odd.

Windows Anniversary, or the newest, Creators Update?

Have you checked this using HWiNFO64 (EDIT) or in F-Stream?

Too, not that it should matter, but what BIOS rev is the board flashed to?

I have the Z270 Fatal1ty Gaming I set the OC in the bios then I boot into windows 10 and it does not show up there but it does in the bios I am running the I7 7700K. The OC shows in the bios and when I reboot it shows their still but the system in windows 10 does not read it and neither does CPUZ.

here is the system specs

Z270 Fatal1ty K6 Gaming
I7 7700K Kaby Lake
Corsair H55 Water Cooler
16 Gig Corsair Vengance
960 Nvidia Gigbyte G1 Gaming
850 Watt EVGA Super Nova

I have been fighting with this on my days off from work now for a few weeks and am at a loss as to what is the issue. I have even tried the stock OC on the board and get the same results.
