When ever i tried overclocking the 1600x on the new bios on teh x370 taichi , i set 3800mhz in the cpu  frequency, when i get back into windows, all monitoring software only shows i have 2200mhz clock on all cores at idle and on load (Prime95, ada64, realbench). The vcore is ok, all software from cpu z, HWID, CPUID, and even amd master only shows i have 2200mhz clock. This is really irritating, please advice
