So when you say it supports nvme do you mean it can read and write nvme at nvme speeds or does it just recognize nvme and runs at normal ssd speeds.... Just curious.

Because we don?™t have 960 EVO in our lab, we tested Samsung SM961 on Fatal1ty Z97X Killer, system can detected SM961 properly. BIOS P2.50 download link: http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Fatal1ty%20Z97X%20Killer/?cat=Download&os=BIOS If you want to use the full speed of Samsung 960 EVO, please use the M.2 adapter card, then your 960 EVO can work at PCIe 3.0 x4.
