Hey mods how about getting some beta bios for the X370 fatality Pro Gaming from Asrock and distributing them to users who would like to test them out please.

X370 Taichi has had 2 beta bios in the last week given out to users - X370TC2.34 and X370TC2.36 so someone from Asrock is getting these bios out into the hands of X370 Taichi users......how about us X370 Fatality Pro Gamers users???????

Some people get them here for Taichi: https://forums.overclockers.co.uk/posts/30822506/

Sheeeeeesh even on MSI forums the mods contact MSI tech and post latest beta bios up on the site for download why can't you do the same here please.

I just upgraded to 2.36 and installed 4x8GB of G.Skill TridentZ RGB 3200C14 RAM and it recognizes all 32GB but only running at 1866Mhz. Same as before.

Edit: I also have an issue that when I enable XMP 2.0 and select 3200 or 3333 that my PC will power on and off again 3 or 4 times before it successfully boots.

try

reset bios to defualt

reboot bios save and shut down
pull power from wall ,unclip bios battery, clear cmos jumper 30 secs pull out ram from slot a1 and b1
reboot into bios
save and exit
reboot into bios
now try clicking on xmp 3200

Has this worked for you?

I pullled A1 and B1, went into bios, loaded my saved profile that got me 3200 on 16 and loaded fine. So right now I'm back at 3200C14 on 16GB

no i run 16gb (2x8)

im simply trying to help you with experiance gained with ryzen

so now try to boot it with the extra 2 sticks and see what happens now its been properly reset

but to be honest with you i did advise selecting the xmp 3200
not loading a saved profile from earlier

we are trying to train the mainboard/bios to work with something new
not make something new work with an already set profile

I greatly appreciate your help. I won't have time today, but I will try all those steps tomorrow.

I have 2x16 at 3200C14 before installing 2.6. I upgraded firmware, logged into windows, saw that 2x16 was still 3200, shut down pc, installed the other 16gb, and that is when I had the issues. I reset the xmp to auto, it booted fine without restarts but only at 1866. Tried forcing 3200 and had the issues.
