At the last couple of weeks, I cannot access the bios except with the Clear CMOS jumper option.
I have upgrade to firmware 1.20, but still no access with <Del> or <F2>.
As far as I know, I haven't changed any bios option in the last couple of weeks.
And in 1.20 I have choosen for the same options as in the previous bios versions (as far as I can remember).
As an example, in 1.20 I haven't disable the com port and parallel port, but I don't use this ports.
So to disable these ports, I have to do now a Clear CMOS.
But this means I have also to do some changes in other options again, for instance the fan speed.

You are using the same keyboard now that you were using before this problem started?

What are you using for the OS, Windows 10? If Windows 10, any particular version? Was there an update to Windows 10 applied a few weeks ago?

Did you set the Fast Boot option in the Boot screen to the Ultra Fast setting?

Have tried installing and using the ASRock Restart to UEFI program, the Restart to UEFI ver:1.0.5 software on your board's download page:

http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/J3455B-ITX/?cat=Download&os=Win1064

Boards like the J-Series start up very fast, the POST time is very short, so using the Restart to UEFI program is almost required to get into the UEFI/BIOS.

If you're using windows 10, you can do 'shift-key + restart' to enter the BIOS setup
