The pdf/printer manual is usually based on an early beta/testing BIOS/UEFI version. The stable and later beta BIOS/UEFI that you can download, and even the one that ships may not resemble the manual much if at all.
I think this sucks and a manual section re-write for each new BIOS/UEFI update should happen, but it doesn't. It'd be nice if the manufacturer actually explained each section, but they don't really do that either. It's not just ASRock it's every company.
