Hello guys, after build my PC on R5 1600X with Taichi board and update BIOS to 2.30v. i hearing some electricity noise from VRM or Processor when computer is started (without tasks), but if rus some stress test (my exemple is AIDA64) noise is gone. After canceling is starting again. Someone have decision this problem? Ahh ya processor runs a stock frequency (in Auto).

That sounds like capacitor or inductor noise from components in the CPU's VRM stage, from CPU power saving options (Cool n Quiet, C States) being enabled, and a PSU with high DC ripple in the +12V rail.

What model of PSU are you using?

The noise is gone during stress testing because the CPU is under high loads and not in a higher C State power saving mode.

Very high frequency noise like this can be very difficult to know where it is coming from. Why are you sure the noise is coming from the area near the CPU? The PSU can make noise like that too. Is the board inside a PC case?

My PSU is Seasonic Platinum 660W (SS-660XP2). I run system without case on stand and hearing that noise is a VRM zone, not shure is CPU - maybe capacitors ya ... nothing change on bios options, try some CPU saving options disabled.

Problem is frome stock voltages on no-tasks mode, psu is fine.... in HWiNFO64 my CPU Core Voltage (SVI2 TFN) is up to 1.57v - i dont now why is so much for 3.699MHz, decision for that moment is disabled global c-states - noise gone.
