New build of ASrock x370 Gaming K4 motherboard, Ryzen 5 1600, Gskill Trident Z RGB 2 x 16Gb sticks.

Just built this and it does not beep with any errors, but the code on the mobo is AE and I cannot get any display via the HDMI on the mobo. Tried multiple monitors but nothing.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Processors with integrated graphics are not sold yet, it does not have it. So you can not currently use HDMi output board.

Why would the processor have anything to do with it? The X370 motherboard has on-board graphics and an HDMI port. What is the purpose of an HDMI port then?  Nowhere in anything I've read does it state you need a processor with integrated graphics.

Seems like a con if this is true.

Ummm, the Ryzen processor does not have an iGPU, so yes, you will need a discrete graphics card.

HDMI Out requires the AM4 A-series processors that do have an iGPU.

Graphics - Integrated AMD Radeon??R-Series Graphics in A-series APU

A-series processors are Bristol Ridge.

Sorry.
