I have a 1700 on an Asrock x370 SLI Killer AC board. This isn't really a problem, but I was curious about why this offset occurs, even though I didn't set an offer in BIOS.
Any CPU voltage set in my bios reads as .025 higher in Ryzen Master. A 1.3v BIOS setting becomes 1.3250 in Ryzen Master. I don't have an offset set up in my Bios though. And I don't use Ryzen Master for making any changes, only for a quick look at my temps and voltages in conjunction with other monitoring programs. |

Take software read voltages with a grain of salt. All software is inaccurate for reporting these voltages, unless you have a DMM hooked up to the VRM's and other components to get an accurate reading.
