Dear Asrockers,
Thank you for choosing ASRock. Regarding your case, we have built a system to test, the system can work fine, pass Memtest over 30 minutes. This is our system configuration:
CPU: i5-7600K RAM: Corsair DDR4 2666 16GB x2 CMK32GX4M2A2666C16 BIOS: P2.10We provide some suggestion. We provide some suggestion. 1. Please update BIOS to the latest version. http://www.asrock.com.tw/MB/Intel/Fatal1ty%20Z270%20Gaming%20K4/index.asp#BIOS 2. Please install your memory module in each memory slot to try. 3. Please reapply your CPU thermal grease, reinstall your CPU and check if your CPU socket pin is fine. 4. Because the memory controller is inside the CPU, please change another CPU to check if the system can work properly.
5. Please change another memory module to check if the system can work properly. Thank you! Yours truly, ASRock TSD |
