Asrock Am4 USB issues?

   Anyone having issues with Rear USB  ports? working on and off with Asrock b350 motherboards? having weird issues with board recognizing my webcams and other things and sometimes it doesnt recognize them and shows error. 

any thoughts or advice appreciated
