I recently setup an asrock z270 mobo installed windows, updated, installed latest bios and apps from appshop and love the mobo except for one weird problem.  My aquaeros 6xt and thermal take fans that are connected to the usb 2.0 motherboard header donot power off when I shutdown the pc I checked usb selective suspend and could not find anything in bios now I dont know what else to do or try.

Dear Gtpage,

Thank you for choosing ASRock.

Please enable Deep Sleep option in BIOS to turn off the USB power when system shutdown.

BIOS Path: Advanced > Chipset Configuration > Deep Sleep

After doing the setting in BIOS, please press F10 to save the configuration.

Thank you!

Yours truly,

ASRock TSD

well I thought it solved the usb problem but now it wont fully shutdown and it will not let me back into bios unless I clear cmos to reset everything to defaults

*update*
it now shuts down but literally unless I clear cmos it will post beep but just stays at a black screen and never enters bios unless I clear cmos even if I restart I am very close to returning this board I love the way it looks and runs but I have been fighting it since day 1 when it showed up with corrupt bios stayed code 00 untill it finally reflashed it's own bios then the fan problem now this I have not had 1/4 of the problems out of my msi board........I even relashed the bios and no dice

ok so I finally figured out the problem with asrock boards only the corsiar k95 platinum keyboard aux usb cable is causing backfeed though the system which keeps the thermaltake fans running
