You have to update to BIOS 3.06 which is the one that is compatible with the Ryzen 9000
I'm going to change my 7950X3D for a 9950X for my Taichi And yes, you have to connect the 2x8 pin EPS to feed the Micro properly, but it won't start because of the BIOS...update it. Regards. |

I have an ASRock X670E Taichi motherboard and a Ryzen 9 9950X processor. I also have a Be Quiet! 11 power supply, one PCIe 5.0 SSD, two PCIe 4.0 SSDs, six 200mm fans, and an RX 6900 XT graphics card. However, I am missing one 8-pin CPU power cable. Currently, the computer powers on but does not boot to BIOS or display on the screen. Is it necessary to connect the second CPU power cable?
