I have an ASRock X670E Taichi motherboard and a Ryzen 9 9950X processor. I also have a Be Quiet! 11 power supply, one PCIe 5.0 SSD, two PCIe 4.0 SSDs, six 200mm fans, and an RX 6900 XT graphics card. However, I am missing one 8-pin CPU power cable. Currently, the computer powers on but does not boot to BIOS or display on the screen. Is it necessary to connect the second CPU power cable?

You have to update to BIOS 3.06 which is the one that is compatible with the Ryzen 9000
I'm going to change my 7950X3D for a 9950X for my Taichi
And yes, you have to connect the 2x8 pin EPS to feed the Micro properly, but it won't start because of the BIOS...update it.
