Motherboard Utility A-Tuning

   I have Z790I Taichi motherboard and the Motherboard Utility from ASRock website. But the application won't run and shows an error message "This utility is not for this platform" Erro 0xFFFE.
I uninstall the application and installed it again through ASRock Appshop but it has the same issue.
I don't understand why this error comes up when it is from ASRock website and Appshop designed for this motherboard.
Anybody, please help me to solve this issue.
