Can ASRock GIVE me a heatsink of MOSFET B250M PRO4

I just sad because i spends my money to get this motherboard B250M PRO4 but after i use for 1 week i just realized if my motherboard not same on picture of product, my motherboard don't have a heatsink for MOSFET, after that i complain to the distribution asrock indonesia but, they can give the solution, i very disappointed about that i hope asrock can give me a heatsink of my motherboard



I am sorry if my language so bad, and thanks asrock, i have in here i get solution

If you posted a picture, you can see it did not work.

You said you complained to the retailer, the place that sold you the board, and they would not do anything.

How did you not know for a week that the heat sink was missing?

Who did you buy the board from? What is the name of the shop or store?

You said that "ASRock distribution in Indonesia" would not help you? I don't understand what that is. Was that ASRock support in Indonesia?

You should contact ASRock Repair/RMA, starting with the Support link at the top of the ASRock mother board page for Indonesia.
