I doubt you will be able to use Windows 10 with such a vintage chipset mother board. The latest Windows OS version included on the board's download page is Windows 7, but this board is from the XP and Windows 2000 era.

What BIOS version is in your board? You should have the latest version installed, but even that version is eight years old.

That is another factor, the board uses legacy BIOS firmware, not UEFI firmware that has been used since the Intel six series chipset boards were released. Hardware older than that is in the questionable range at best for use with Windows 10. Your board has an Intel four series chipset.

What is the entry in the boot order for your Win 10 USB drive? The ICH7 IDE/SATA chipset does not even support AHCI mode. Did you check the Removable Drives entry in the Boot screen?

Windows 10 will only install its native USB 3.0 driver for all of the USB ports, including the USB 2.0 ports. If the older USB 2.0 implementation used in this board can use a current USB 3.0 driver is unknown to me.

Unless someone that has experience using Windows 10 with this board, if that is even possible, can tell you how it is done, I would ask Microsoft if it is possible.
