Asrock X370 Fatal1ty Gaming K4 EOL

   Just picked up a R5 1600 & looking to pair a mobo with it. Was thinking about purchasing the X370 Fatal1ty Gaming K4 but apparently this is EOL? What does this mean for me? Will I get bios support throughout the lifespan of AM4?

	Maybe not the full lifespan of your chip, but it should still be supported for a while

	This is really sad to see that a board this new is already EOL. What is the reason to EOL a board so soon after launch?

	You will still get full support for the K4. The only reason Asrock EOL'd it is because some parts became difficult to source so instead of calling it a "rev 2" or something using the alternative parts they just decided to make a different board and call it the Gaming X to help simplify things. 	It sad that "rev 2" version is weaker from "rev 1". Rev 2 only has better memory support

	some components got changed (manufacturing costs? whatever) k4 isnt produced anymore, warranty willl work normally they replaced it with gaming x
