Z97 Extreme 6 USB drivers

   I have never had good luck with the built-in USB drivers with Windows 10 and have used the Windows 8.1 USB drivers. However, I still have problems from time to time. Today I had a BSOD that was triggered somehow by my Oculus Rift device, which I have connected to my Intel USB 3.0 hub.
I have a bunch of USB devices all over. I don't know if some settings changes could actually help as well. Any help will be much appreciated!
