Hello,

Configuration
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700
Motherboard: Asrock X370 Taichi
RAM: G.SKILL Flare X (2x8 GB), DDR4 3200 (14-14-14-34)
Bios: last version for 2017-11-03
OS: Window 10 & Ubuntu 17.04

When i overclock the Cpu to 3.9ghz with 1.35V it is totally stable but i have two issues:
- Could not cool boot on 3200mhz memories with CL14, its ok with CL15 or 2800mhz CL14 (and works fine with 3200mhz CL14 without cool boot).
- Sometimes when I start the computer it is stuck on 1550mhz although the overclock seems to work and cpuinfo shows 3.9ghz the cpu do not rise the p state, it happens on both Windows and Ubuntu.

My overclock settings are just offset mode with 3900mhz and adjusted the offset to reach 1.35V max. AMD advance boot is disabled.

Any advice or help is welcome.

I have the same problem but with a trident z of 3200Mhz, only work at 2133mhz correctly, if I activate the XMP profile at 3200mhz the system does not boot, if I set it to 2800mhz windows 10 throws me blue screen, some solution ?, I'm thinking of return to version 2.40 (sorry for my bad english google translate)
