The various ASRock utilities that allow some over clocking in Windows will not even install when an inappropriate board is detected. So no chance of ruining your board with the wrong program. As said above, the A-Tuning version for your board can be found in the download page for your board, just select the correct version of Windows. That would be ASRock A-Tuning utility ver:3.0.177. BTW, the link in your post does not work, the forum link tool fails on some URLs. The page you tried to link to will not provide what you are looking for. The utility program you need is not a driver type program. Intel also provides a program for over clocking, you can find it here: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24075/Intel-Extreme-Tuning-Utility-Intel-XTU-?product=66427 |

I've rebuilt my PC around the X299E-ITX/ac without a problem, ran some benchmarks, now ready to switch on overclocking, need some guidance. I thought maybe there'd be something on the CD that was packaged with the board, unclear how LiveUpdate &RPP Shop relates, but see on page 8 of the Software Setup Guide there's a utility A-Tuner that features a tab for setting OC. Where do I download the correct version for this motherboard, understand I could ruin my board if I misfire on this one. Hunting and pecking around the ASRock site I found this link that would appear to provide an appropriate driver update relevant to OC, please confirm. Thanks for advising.
