Hello guys,

I have a problem with this motherboard. When I plug GPU and try to get display on it, it doesn't load anything just black screen. Only way I can get display is with onboard connection with HDMI.

So I tried a lot of things:

- 4 different GPU
- DP/DVI/HDMI
- tried to get display over risers
- different power cables from PSU (running EVGA G2 1300w)
- pulled battery out
- Reinstalled Windows on SSD / HDD
- in BIOS tried onboard/PCI Express (auto, GEN1,2,3), etc

Anything I can do? Maybe to change something in BIOS, or.... my friend told me he had it working before, he changed something in BIOS (south bridge, or something, but he doesn't remember), then he got screen from GPU.

Thanks.Cry

Dear Cobaltmdn,

Thank you for choosing ASRock.

Regarding your case, we provide some suggestion to try.

1.       Flash the BIOS to latest version.

2.       Clear CMOS to load BIOS default.

Please check user manual p17 to clear CMOS.

3.       Because the PCIe slot is connect to CPU, please reinstall the CPU and check if the CPU socket pin is fine.

Thank you!

Yours truly,

ASRock TSD
